  1. Assess major issues that are keeping the house from showing best (curb appeal, odors, pets, clutter, paint, etc) and address these problems quickly. For you or homeowner.
  2. Provide hourly consulting and/or reports only or full scale services to include showing maximizer and professional listing photography (ie. devise 1-2 hour show ready plan). Typical projects range from $150/hr consult to 1% of sale price. We can help within the budget limits. See Stagenomics 101 Section for the benefits to home staging/redesign.
  3. Recommend in writing all repairs, redesign of existing furnishings/rentals that will give the greatest return- budget will set the priorities, and agent can be involved in suggestions and planning. We desire to work as closely with the listing agent as possible for you.
  4. Assist the homeowner in repairs and light refurbish and showing preparation done affordable and quickly through project management. After all, time is money! *Work with homeowner to stage and redesign the home furnishings, adding items as needed, for excellent presentation and use of spaces. Retool areas, remove items as needed.
  5. Complete affordable professional real estate photographs of the staged home and excellent curb appeal for social media's, including Youtube, Facebook, and more. We can assist the selling agent/realtor with uniquely high quality forms of presentation.
  6. Evaluate- do a practice showing, and review showing ready plan with homeowner. Ask Agent for any further input and a presentation plan to include professional photographs of the staged home.
  7. Assist realtor in preparation of open house and any other marketing opportunities, as requested by the homeowner. *Property maintenance for Maximizing Showings (improve smells, cleanliness, etc.) as needed!
